This is our families low chair.
It was given to my mum 2nd hand in the early 1960's.
It has had my 2 sister, 2 brothers and myself in it.
It then got used for my nephews.
During the 1980s it was used by many many toddlers and babies during a 6 year period in a guest house our parents owned.
It then came to me in the 1990s and 2000s for my children.
My grandchildren are now using it.
It has been stripped and painted countless times, been stored in attic and now lives in a cupboard awaiting small visitors.
Definitely a piece of furniture built to last.
Have you got a piece of furniture that has lived with your family for as long as you can remember?
