Each letter is crafted individually by me, weaving the details you share into a magical, personalised story—from last month’s adventures to last year’s memories, from little achievements to festive fun. Once you’ve shared your details, I craft the story, send it to you for approval, and check it three times (me, you, me) before it’s printed. Every year, around this point in November, something stirs in my home.

I begin hearing from familiar families — ones I’ve written for before — and it always feels like catching up with old friends.
It’s time to find out what your children have been up to…
What’s changed…
What they’re dreaming of this Christmas.

And for those discovering this for the first time — welcome.
This is where the magic really begins.

I create Truly Bespoke Santa Letters — written individually for each child with real personal details carefully woven throughout.

No templates.
No generic festive text.
Just one special letter written with heart, imagination, and the kind of gentle wonder children remember forever.

Each letter is printed on antique-style paper, sealed with wax, stamped for Santa, and made to feel as though it travelled through snow, stars, and a little Christmas mischief on its way to you.

And because getting it right matters, you’ll receive a draft to approve before the final letter is created — ensuring every detail is perfect.
