Technical Customer Service Adviser Wanted
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and technically minded Technical Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team.

This is a varied role where you'll be helping customers identify the correct bathroom spare parts, answering technical queries, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service by phone, email, and live chat.

You'll become an expert in bathroom spare parts and work closely with our warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure customers receive the right products first time.
