Worth saying. If your dog has been featured, your dog is a star. If your dog has not been featured, your dog is still a star and we'll catch them next time.

You'll want to know about .

Rebecca, owner, founder, culinary director of Hestia is michelin-trained. Which tells you most of what you need to know, but the rest of it is this: beautifully made sweet moments, the kind of visual treat that makes you want to take a photo before you eat it and flavours that absolutely deliver on the looks. From petit gateaux to marshmallows, entremets to macarons. It's all knock out.

We are very pleased indeed that she'll be back with us in June.
A small piece of advice. Get there early for the pick of the crop.

We're properly pleased to have had join us at our May market.

If you've ever wandered past a terrarium and thought "yes, I would like a tiny lush ecosystem to live on my kitchen windowsill"... reader, you can. These are handmade little worlds, designed to thrive with very little fuss, which frankly is our favourite kind of houseplant.

BRINGING THE HEAT 🌶️

If you like your Sundays with a bit of a kick, you'll want to find at the June market.

Jesse grows chillis in rural Norfolk and turns them small-batch fermented sauces, hot chilli honey and snacks. Once you've got a bottle in, you will start putting it on everything... pizza, eggs, cheese, roast veg and likely things that probably didn't need chilli, but will benefit from it.

One of our favourites? Firecracker... No extracts, just proper hot chilli energy. Bring your brave face because it might just blow your head off.

If you've spent any time at Holt Sunday Market, you'll know these two faces

If not, meet the EXCELLENT Dee and Paul, the brilliant duo behind and ... and two of the loveliest people you could hope to bump into on a Sunday morning in Holt.

Dee makes textured stoneware ceramics for the home and garden. Paul makes funky, characterful pieces from reclaimed leather salvaged from old furniture. Between them: serious craft, serious charm and that very specific market-day warmth that makes the whole thing feel like the market.

If you're wondering, Dee's label is because she'd just sold a vase and we caught her mid-post-sale-admin!

Catch them (and the rest of the HSM gang) on Sunday 7th June.
