We now make all our pork pie pastry in house with also using clean label puff pastry for all our Sausage Rolls from a fantastic award winning supplier in the West Country with our core ethos of Integrity and Quality being deep rooted in everything we do. Bray’s Cottage is a bakery on the North Norfolk coast with a very big obsession, making the most delicious pork pies imaginable. Every morning begins with real ingredients from farmers we know by name, hand‑rolled pastry, and a belief that food should feel like a treat, not a compromise.

We bake in small batches, with care you can taste — golden pastry, generous cuts of outdoor‑reared pork, and flavours inspired by the seasons and the landscape around us. No shortcuts, no fillers, no fuss. Just pies made properly.

What started as a cottage kitchen experiment has grown into a beloved Norfolk staple, carried home from farm shops, devoured at weddings, and sent as gifts across the country. We’re proud to be part of your picnics, celebrations, and everyday rituals.

Bray’s Cottage is still exactly what it began as a joyful, slightly obsessive team making pies we’re genuinely proud of.
