It happens far more often than you might think. A forgotten PIN, Apple Account password, Google password or email password can quickly turn into a real headache — particularly when you’re setting up a new phone or something goes wrong with your existing one.

That’s why we’ve introduced FoneFix Account Safe.

Account Safe is a completely FREE and optional service for FoneFix customers, allowing us to securely retain the important phone and account details you choose to provide, so they’re there if you need our help in the future.

You decide what we keep. This could be your phone PIN or unlock pattern, Apple Account details, Google Account details or the email account used on your phone.

🔒 Built with security in mind

Sensitive information stored in Account Safe is protected using AES-256-GCM encryption. Your credentials are encrypted before they’re stored, and accessing them requires FoneFix’s separate master password. They aren’t simply sitting in our system as readable passwords.

Access is restricted, and we’ll carry out appropriate identity checks before helping you retrieve stored information.

No subscription. No charge. Just a little extra peace of mind.
