I've lost a bit of my creative mojo over the past couple of months. I always find that's when knitting helps and following a pattern, so that's what I did! 😊 here's my version of the Klukka skirt, not fully finished as need to weave in those dreaded ends 😆. Mostly all knitted with my handspun yarn, it's just the tinsel bit that isn't. I blocked it to help loosen as it was very stiff at first and still has a little stiffness in some areas but hoping they will loosen over time.. anyway here it is my first Icelandic knit!! 🥰☺️

Here's the motifs that's I've crocheted for the freeform shawl I'm making, all using my own handspun yarn. All patterns from .mars apart from the last one! Lots more motifs to be made but fairly sure I've got the yarn spun that I need for this job. It's been slow progress but thats why its called slow fashion!! Also I'm not going to be to hard on myself as I am juggling 3 jobs 😆.

I've been spinning a lot this week! Lots more wool to be spun into gorgeous yarn 😍, Hoping next week will be a full week of crocheting though. Anyways I'm tired now 😴, it's been a long day. 😅

Second day of Tour de fleece, I missed yesterday but I did spin a little on my drop spindle! This is today's work and I'm spinning a gorgeous blend that I bought yesterday from .wool at stitch fest by the sea.

Little plaits of floof 🥰💚🩵💙 a blend of Alpaca and Corriedale wool. So in love with this colourway 😍 and knowing that I created it gives me so much pleasure 🤗
