Literary note..In George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion (and the musical based on it, My Fair Lady), Henry Higgins tells his housekeeper to take Eliza Doolittle upstairs and clean her up, and use Monkey Brand if it won't come off any other way!!!

Amazing what is found in a secondhand book...from the bookplate, to the dedication, to the bookmark, to the letter inside, to the newspaper cutting, to the most amazing other things!!
