MELLOW BUMPS - FREE Antenatal Sessions in Spilsby

Are you expecting?
Are you wanting to bond with your little one before birth?
Are you wanting to meet other pregnant ladies?

If you are between 20wks and 32 wks pregnant, this group may be just for you, a relaxed atmosphere, in a safe, friendly environment, with trained "Mellow" facilitators..

We have a couple more spaces available and would love you to join us, if you would like more information please get in touch..

200gm for £1
Or in larger bulk quantities.
We also have a variety of small 100gm.bags ..3 for £1
And fudge at £1 for 100gm

They will be available when the school uniform bank is open.. from our pop up shop at Spilsby Christian Fellowship this Friday 8 til 12noon and Saturday 9 til 12noon..

Various sweets available..by the jar or purchase a job lot of jars...most are now past their best before dates (many 03/23)..this means whilst they are still safe to eat..they may be past their best in terms of flavour..mostly they aren't affected..

They will need collecting from Alford or Spilsby and we need them gone ASAP...so are happy to quote good prices..

Shop Equipment Update....

So we have now sold..Slush machine..ice cream freezer..blender..ice cream machine

We have left the shop bookcases and the display units ....large oval centre display in wood with glass shelving..and a storage cupboard

Wood, metal and glass tiered shop display unit..these units are difficult to get hold of.... This unit is on wheels, the shelves can be adjusted to allow different spacings between them. Shelves can also be removed for easy cleaning. Not the best photo, but can be viewed if interested, and we can get more pictures on request
This shows signs of wear, but is a great way to display a number of products.. We are looking for offers around £160...
We would consider a discount for multiple purchases...
