Our rails and shelves are looking fantastic this week with lots of fresh stock just added — from colourful clothing and cosy jumpers to fun toys and home items. There really are plenty of great finds waiting to be discovered! 👀

We’ve also had some great electronics and gaming items arrive, including consoles, games, and tech — all at brilliant prices, so definitely worth popping in for a browse if you love a good gaming bargain. 🎮

📚 And with World Book Day this Thursday, it’s the perfect time to pick up your next read. Our book shelves are packed with fantasy, thrillers, classics, and plenty of hidden gems, so whether you’re buying for yourself or a young reader, you might just find your next favourite book.

✨ New in at Hooftastic Finds! ✨

We’ve had some brilliant donations through the door this week!

From a huge bundle of Top Gear and Clarkson DVDs, to shelves full of great reads (perfect for cosy evenings 📚), plus plenty of unique and classic board games, there’s plenty to browse.

Our sale rail is back and packed with quality clothing at amazing prices, and we’ve also got some beautiful jewellery, quirky ornaments, and even a statement vintage-style lamp that would certainly get people talking!

Last night, we had a bit of a worrying moment with our big girl Nutty, who began showing some mild signs of possible colic.

We recognised the symptoms quickly and acted straight away. Our wonderful vet Charlotte, from Hill and Phelan Equine and Farm Vets came out to help, carried out a re**al examination, and administered medication to keep Nutty comfortable.

Nutty was very very tired and kept lying down, so we stayed with her through the night, offering sloppy mashes to keep her hydrated until she was happy enough to start eating her hay again.

We’re relieved to say she is now looking much brighter and hopefully on the mend ❤️

A huge thank you goes to Terena and Geoff, who checked on her throughout the night — dressing gowns and all — making sure she was settled and comfortable. The dedication our horses receive never stops.

Nutty is an Ardennes Draft Horse, and because of her history (including a serious choke episode a few years ago that required hospital treatment), we always have to be especially mindful and quick to respond whenever something seems off.

Sadly, evenings like this come with unavoidable costs — Nutty’s vet bill is around £350.

If anyone would like to help us cover her care, even a small donation truly makes a difference and helps us continue being there for our horses when they need us most.

✨ Last week TikToker Life at Gully stopped by our charity shop while visiting others in Horncastle and Spilsby. We’ve been fans of his for a while, so it was lovely to have him pop in.

The best part? He said our name Hooftastic Finds was his favourite — we’ll happily take that compliment any day! 🐴❤️
