Watching a new plant grow is exciting, but remembering when those first roots appeared or how long it took to produce a new leaf can be surprisingly difficult.

That’s exactly why I created the Plant Passport, included with every monthly Prop Squad subscription, and why I’ve also added a dedicated Propagation Journal section to my new Plant Parent Journal.

Every tiny milestone is worth celebrating. From the day your cutting arrives, to those first roots, that first new leaf and eventually its first repot, you can record your plant’s journey step by step. What a fantastic evening!
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Plant Bingo fundraiser last night. Thanks to your incredible support, together we raised £594 towards Phase Two of the Starfish Galaxy Art Sculpture Trail. Every ticket purchased, every game played and every cheer shared helps bring the next six starfish sculptures one step closer to becoming a reality.

A very special thank you to Fettled for being such wonderful hosts and creating the perfect venue for another brilliant community evening. We're also incredibly grateful to O'Briens for once again supplying the fabulous plants that made such amazing prizes. They certainly found some very happy new homes!

A big thank you also goes to Jonathan at the Community Café for kindly lending us the bingo machine. It helped keep the evening running smoothly and added to the fun.

We're already looking forward to hosting another Plant Bingo next month, so keep an eye on our social media channels as we'll be announcing the date very soon.

Finally, if you were lucky enough to win a plant, make sure you check back on our socials later today. We'll be sharing care cards for all of last night's prize plants to help keep them happy, healthy and thriving in their new homes.
