🚚 QUEST DEFIER MK4 – IMPORTANT STOCK & PRE-ORDER UPDATE

We wanted to keep everyone updated regarding the next arrivals of our Quest Defier MK4 range.

Unfortunately, our second shipment, which was originally expected around 10th August, has been affected by delays at port. We've now received a further update advising of additional delays due to port congestion.

📦 SECOND SHIPMENT – NOW EXPECTED AROUND 24TH AUGUST
This shipment includes:
• 1-Man Green & DPM Overwraps – limited quantity
• 2-Man Green Bivvies
• 2-Man Green & DPM Skull Caps
• Selected 1-Man Full Mozzie & PVC Front Panels

🚢 THIRD SHIPMENT – CURRENTLY ON SCHEDULE FOR AROUND 5TH SEPTEMBER AT PORT
This shipment includes:
• Defier MK4 Inner Capsules
• Defier MK4 Utility Fronts

⚠️ Please note that 5th September is the expected arrival at port, after which the shipment will need to clear the port and be transported to our warehouse.
We know many of you have been patiently waiting for these products, and we're extremely sorry for the additional delay.

Unfortunately, port congestion is completely outside of our control, but we believe it's important to be open and transparent and keep everyone updated as soon as we receive new information.

🎣 FREE BIVVY FOR A YOUNG ANGLER! 🎣

We’ve been having a bit of a clear out in the storeroom next to the Quest office today and came across a customer return, a Quest Defense Bivvy that is completely brand new and hasn’t even been taken out of the bag.

Rather than selling it, we thought we’d do something a little different…

We want to give it away completely FREE to a young angler. 🎣😁

Fishing has been a huge part of so many of our lives, and we’d love to do our little bit to encourage the next generation to get outdoors, get on the bank and enjoy this brilliant sport.

So, if you know a young angler who is just getting into fishing, loves their fishing but doesn’t yet have a bivvy, or perhaps comes from a family where buying all the tackle needed isn’t always easy, please nominate them in the comments below.

Tell us a little bit about them, their age and why you think they would love the bivvy.

There’s nothing to buy and no catch, we just want this bivvy to go to a young angler who will genuinely use it and hopefully make some brilliant memories on the bank with it.

We’ll have a read through the comments and choose someone to receive it completely free of charge.

🎉 A Huge Thank You From All of Us at Quest Tackle! 🎉

Wow... what a week it has been!

We honestly can't thank you all enough for the incredible support you've shown for the launch of the new Quest Brolly System and the Quest Defier MK4. The response has completely exceeded our expectations, and we've genuinely never been this busy in the last 9 years of Quest Tackle 😊

We're pleased to let you know that the first container arrived safely on Friday, and we've spent the entire weekend and yesterday unloading, checking, and booking all of the products into stock😅

Our warehouse team is now working flat out to dispatch all pre-orders as quickly as possible using our Next Day Delivery service. With many hundreds of orders to process, it's unfortunately not possible for every order to leave at exactly the same time, but please rest assured that they will all be dispatched over the next couple of days, many going out today 👍

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we work through the backlog. As a small family-run business, seeing this level of support means the world to us, and we're incredibly grateful to every single one of you.
