Thank you very much to everyone who came last night to the writing sprints. It was a blast and we all had a great time. Our next evening will be Nov 6th and we are intending on doing monthly sessions on the first Friday of the month.

We have our invites ready to hand out for our Christmas launch, so pop in soon to pick up your invite!

Also we are hoping to do our next Sip and Paint on Dec 8th, from 6pm. Its £30 with a £10 deposit. Let us know if you'd like to join us 🥰😍🥰

Don't forget tomorrow is our first attempt at a creative writing group/writing sprints events! 6-8pm, bring a notebook, a pen and £2 and we'll have some fun 🥰

Thank you, everyone for showing your interest in a writing sprints workshop. Since plenty of people said they'd like to try it, let's do it, shall we?

The first session will be next Friday, October 2nd, 6pm-8pm. If you'd like to come, please let me know so I have an idea of numbers. All you need is some paper and pen 🙂 It would be £2 a session, the same as book club.

The idea is that we would have writing exercises in timed intervals, interspersed with chat/feedback. We'd work on warm-ups and any personal writing projects. This would be aimed at anyone trying to improve their writing or maybe get into writing as a hobby if you don't have a place to start!

Not many customers today but lots of people walking past in the sunshine - why not pop in for a few minutes and pick up a greetings card? It all helps - and you can have a look at our lovely shop extension if you haven't already seen it!
