✨ New! Beautiful Christian prints and cards ✨

We have a lovely range of A5 prints and greetings cards in the shop, all designed by talented local artist Irene.

With beautiful artwork and uplifting Christian messages, they’re perfect for brightening someone’s day, sending a little encouragement, or simply having something lovely to display at home. 💛

Link to Hope Shoebox Appeal 2026 🎁

We’re delighted to be a drop-off point for the Link to Hope Shoebox Appeal again this year.

Fill a shoebox with gifts for either a family or an elderly person facing poverty across Ukraine and Eastern Europe, then bring your completed box to Books Alive and we’ll make sure it gets to Link to Hope. ❤️

📦 Pick up an information leaflet and packing guide in the shop.

✨ Just back from a wonderful time at the CRT Christian Resources Together conference! ✨

It was such an inspiring and encouraging time, with wonderful music from Graham Kendrick and thought-provoking talks from Will van der Hart and Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Bishop of Dover.

And I’ve come back very excited about what I saw on the stalls! 📚🎁 I’ve brought some lovely new and exciting things back to Books Alive, which will be arriving in the shop soon.
