What's the difference between chemocatalysand biocatalysts?
In chemocatalys, inorganic materials or metals are used as catalysts that accelerate a reaction without being consumed, such as platinum or nickel in chemical reactions. These materials often operate under extreme conditions of temperature or pressure.
Biocatalysts, on the other hand, occurs within living organisms and is carried out by enzymes, accelerating biological reactions with incredible speed and precision without the need for high temperatures or pressures.
The fundamental difference is that chemocatalyse relies on inanimate, artificial elements, while biocatalysts relies on intelligent, living systems precisely designed to serve specific functions in the body.
Honey (and all bee products) are considered as a source of natural enzymes!
Vegetable and fruit are rich in enzymes!
In other words, chemical catalysis is humanity's tool to accelerate nature, while biocatalysis is nature's tool to accelerate life.
