Our after school Keep on Skatin’ classes start up again this coming week so this is your last chance to get your child booked in if you’d like them to learn how to skateboard with us.

Brampton classes are for those that already have some experience but Godmanchester is a fresh batch of beginners so any child can join đź‘‹

We listened and we’re providing. We’ve now got two classes at Godmanchester skate park starting 9th of September for children that are beginners or never been on a skateboard before to book in for classes with us!

Over the course of 7 weeks your child will learn all the basics needed to ride a skateboard from turning to going down ramps. Equipment can be borrowed if needed before purchasing your own from the skate shop in Huntingdon.

We usually recommend the age at 6+ but we’ve dropped it to 5+ this time round to give more children a chance. First time slot is ideally for younger ones with the second slot for older ones but this is a loose rule.

Godmanchester Skate Park Group Lessons

Due to interest we are considering offering an after school club on a Wednesday at the Godmanchester skate park on Judith’s field. This would run 4pm to 5pm and potentially another class 5:15pm to 6:15pm.

If this is of any interest to you then please can you comment or message us so we can take notes so we can decide whether to go ahead again or not.

There’s quite a lot of variables that need to be considered when creating a class from children’s ages to their skill level and being with their friends so the more information we have the better we are at ensuring a suitable class can be found for your child.

Lastly we will be running our classes over at Brampton again too. These are usually fully booked from regular customers but if that’s of interest to you then please do let us know too and we can take it in to consideration. Thanks

Here’s some photos and videos of us last week teaching a couple of classes at the Stukeley meadows skate park in Huntington. The first class is giving children a chance that have never been on a board a chance to have a go whilst the second class is for our experienced riders to get involved too. Our students got to enjoy an hour of fun as we private hired to celebrate the end of term. From basketball and air hockey to racing formula one and claw machines there was plenty on offer to keep them entertained. Thanks to every parent that continues to support us by booking their child on each term, it means a lot ❤️

Pleased to announce that we have now gone live with Summer Holidays group sessions. This year we are at the Stukeley Meadows skate park in Huntingdon every Friday over the 6 weeks holidays and have managed to offer a way for our regular students and newcomers to get involved!

If you’re child has never had a lesson before and is aged between 6-11 then they can book on for the 9am to 10am class. Each week an instructor will be on hand to help them with the core basics needed to ride a skateboard. If they attend multiple sessions then they will also have the chance to learn the next steps such as kick turning, carving and dropping in.

And for those children that already have experience on a skateboard they can book on to our keep on Skatin classes that will be running from 10:15 to 11:15. There will be a variance in age and skill level but with multiple instructers on hand we will be able to split in to mini classes where needed to ensure every student benefits in the session.

It’s £15 if you want to pay as you go, £50 if you want to book on for 4 of the 6 sessions (as you may be away on a holiday etc making it £12.50 a session) or £60 if you’d like your child to attend every week (which is £10 a session).
