We do love a challenge here and our most recent one was courtesy of this ex ambulance. Our customer gave us the brief which was a seating area with a massive bed and 2 bunks for their children, so as usual we did a fair bit of head scratching and came up with this.

Easy to assemble and extremely solid all made from aluminium (the bunks) and hex ply down below. Finished in our dark grey Oxford fabrics these units will last a long time!

Another nice set of pods and a kitchen that left us recentl. Full pull out bed across the whole rear of the van and plenty of storage in the kitchen area.

Development of our Boot bunk continues - V1.0 with a very easy to assemble solid frame as shown here takes very little time to go from trunk to bunk. V2.0 in and works for all the vehicles without a flat floor.

This one left us today - Such a fun project creating a giant garage for Mountain bikes, Bouldering Mats and more in sure. In the front a small compact kitchen area with a 65L 12v Compressor fridge and a mezzanine bed that extends out to give a full king-size bed in this compact foot print. We produced all the furniture from hex ply with live edge on this one and we think it's come out great.
