Alpaca Experience

Join us for a one-hour alpaca experience and meet-and-greet, including a 10-minute health and safety briefing before the walk begins.

Age Requirements

* Children must be 4 years or older to take part.
* All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
* Children under 16 must handle their alpaca with the supervision of an adult. Double lead ropes will be provided where appropriate.
* Participants aged 16 and over may handle their own alpaca.

Clothing

Please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear appropriate for walking outdoors.

Booking Policy

This experience is exclusive to paying participants. Unfortunately, spectators are not permitted. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our alpacas, guests, and staff.

Accessibility

Participants should be able to walk comfortably at the group’s pace for the duration of the experience. If your child is unable to walk the full distance, please bring a baby carrier or sling, as pushchairs are not permitted due to uneven terrain.

Safety

* Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
* Guests who do not follow the guidance provided by our team or fail to comply with these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
