Made-to-order slots for my keepsake blankets will be opening this May 🧵✨

Each blanket is thoughtfully created using your special garments, turning memories into something you can hold onto forever 🤍

For a 48-square blanket, you’ll need 25 clothing items. Each blanket is finished with a soft fleece backing and cotton sateen binding for a cosy, high-quality finish.

A little update from the sewing table ✨

The cutting was emotional… but now we’re onto stitching the patches together, and it’s starting to feel really special 🤍

Seeing the rows come together piece by piece — all those tiny memories lining up side by side — is such a lovely part of the process. What once were separate little outfits are now becoming something lasting

The next step in creating your quilt is cutting out the patches. This is where your design truly starts to take shape. Carefully measure and cut each piece of fabric according to your pattern, making sure your edges are clean and precise. Taking your time here will make assembling the quilt much smoother, as accurate patches fit together neatly and create a more polished final result.

Cutting up my firstborn’s baby grows was one of the hardest parts of this whole process 💔

Each tiny outfit holds a memory — first cuddles, sleepless nights, those moments you wish you could freeze in time. Taking the scissors to them felt so emotional… like letting go of a chapter I’ll never get back.

But at the same time, there’s something really special about knowing those memories aren’t disappearing — they’re being stitched back together into something new 🤍

I’m so excited to see all those little pieces come back to life in this quilt… a forever keepsake I can hold onto.

I’ve just started working on my very first memory quilt, made from the most meaningful little baby clothes. Each piece tells a story, and I already know this one is going to be so full of love, nostalgia, and tiny moments that deserve to be remembered forever.
