Started pottery painting a few years ago and have developed into making my own work as well as painting bisque pieces at a local pottery painting studio.

It's been a little while... but the pottery and I are back out and about this weekend! 😊

If you're looking for something a little different, come along to the Tin Tabernacle Arts & Craft Fair this Sunday, 9th August, from 10am–3pm.

I'll have a selection of my handmade ceramic pieces with me, including my popular botanical wind chimes, necklaces and other unique gifts – all lovingly handmade here in Hythe.

It would be lovely to catch up with familiar faces, so if you're nearby, please pop in and say hello. Supporting local makers means so much, and there'll be plenty of talented local artists and craftspeople to browse too.

Each one has been individually impressed with real hydrangea leaves, making every piece completely unique. I can't wait to get them all strung together and hear them dancing in the breeze. 🌿✨

From a simple bag of clay to perfectly hand-cut ceramic disks—this is where every wind chime begins.

Each piece is rolled, cut, and prepared by hand before the leaf is impressed into the clay, drying, firing, glazing, and finally becoming a one-of-a-kind wind chime.

I've been so grateful for all the recent sales, so it's time to top up my stock and get more ready for their new homes. 💙

Each piece starts as a simple slab of clay, is impressed with real leaves to capture every delicate detail, then carefully finished, glazed, and fired before being assembled into a completed wind chime.

A little behind-the-scenes look at today's Etsy listing! 🌿✨

I was trying to film these handmade ceramic fern stars for the shop when my supervisor, Willow 🐱, decided she needed to be involved in the production process!

These ceramic stars are individually handmade and impressed with real fern details, making each one completely unique. I love how the delicate leaf patterns and little heart cut-out give them such a natural, rustic feel.

Each chime is individually handcrafted and fired to stoneware, making them fully frost-proof and suitable for outdoor use all year round. No two batches are ever exactly the same, giving every piece its own unique character.

These chimes gently move in the breeze, bringing a simple, natural charm to gardens, patios, balconies and outdoor spaces. For a more musical effect, try hanging two or more strands together around 3–5 inches apart and let the wind do the rest.
