I'm disgusted by the amount of hate there is locally and globally and its made me feel sick to my stomach today 😞

Here's a simple equation, to encourage my first message to really embed itself.....

👉Lack of understanding (without the desire to understand) + Ignorance = Fear = HATE

The answer........👉 EDUCATE YOURSELF!!

Then......👉 SHOW TOLERANCE & COMPASSION!!

Its really that fu***ng simple!

Having binged watched most of MAFS Australia, currently into dinner party number 2, and in light of the current climate with misogynistic attitudes towards women, I have to say im truly disgusted by the way that some of the girls, GROWN WOMEN, are grossly and aggressively attacking other women around the table!!!!!!

Like WTF???

Mean girl bullying is for films NOT for grown ups!!!

Brook, Gia and Bec are a disgusting representation of women!! 🤮😑

Preaching they're girls girls and they hate 'fake people' makes me sick!!

All the work going on out there in the world to teach women to raise eachother up, have eachothers backs, means nothing when women like this openly and viciously attack other women just for the drama ratings!!

Do better.
