We've had some incredible news over the past couple of weeks. Many of you will already have seen posts from the organisers and sponsors, but now it's our turn to publicly recognise what Sam Shetliffe has achieved.
In less than two years, Sam has gone from apprentice to one of the very best in the country. Last year, he finished as runner-up in the CFA Flooring Apprentice of the Year competition, competing against apprentices from across England and Scotland.
This year, he's gone one step further and has been crowned CFA Flooring Apprentice of the Year 2026.
We couldn't be prouder. Sam's progression, work ethic, attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship have been outstanding from day one. He's developed into a phenomenal fitter, and this award is thoroughly deserved.
A huge congratulations to Sam Shetliffe on becoming a fully qualified fitter and winning such a prestigious competition. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment he's shown throughout his apprenticeship, and we know it's only the beginning of a successful career.
