Wow London Vintage Home Show was magnificent yesterday! Thank you so much for all the enthusiastic customers - I bloomin love this job especially when people love the stall. These are just a handful of happy customers - we also sold lots of pots, glass, records and Observer books but I was haphazard in asking for photos as it was so busy. Thanks again to Lisa, Andy and the team. I’m pretty sure yesterday was our best ever sales day. Thanks Jim Bewildered Yorkshire for being such a heroic help all day and agreeing to start your day with a 4. I am so very thankful for each and every purchase . Now for a chilled family Sunday. Ercol Pebble fable transformation!!! Swipe to see it fully restored. For someone who said I wouldn’t be buying projects this year this was quite a big one. Massive thanks to Tony my father in law who spent many an hour on this. Let’s hope it finds a new home in London tomorrow at Vintage Home Show

Just 2 more sleeps til London Vintage Home Show in Primrose Hill. Today I will be finishing packing my little ex postie van and also filling our family car full of the best vintage I have found over the last 6 months. Bewildered Yorkshire will be coming with me.

My London Vintage Home Show prep is at the point where I am running out of house space to photograph lovely things before I load them! This Staples Ladderax cocktail cabinet unit came through a friend of a friend and I was delighted to be offered it. Please ignore the glimpse of my kitchen bin & sofa in the background. I am always so chaotic in the run up to London as I have been squirrelling away lots for it. Our living room currently has 3 coffee tables drying after I’ve sanded and refinished them. I need a workshop soon I think.
Anyway this beaut will be coming with me to London Vintage Home Show in Primrose Hill on Saturday (19th Sept)

On Saturday (19th Sept) it’s London Vintage Home Show - the only chance to catch me in the capital. This week is all about preparing all the gens I have been saving for London. First up these 2 beautiful midcentury lights. The one on the left was designed by Andrew Hague and one on the right is by Iden Pottery.

Such a mega busy one in Leeds yesterday with Midcentury Markets - such a mega whirlwind that I only managed to grab a handful of customer photos. Thanks lovely customers for keeping me and Bewildered Yorkshire very busy and leaving us with 4 empty boxes and plenty of space in the van come pack up!
This week I will be fettling more stock ready for next Sunday in Sheffield with Midcentury Markets again at The Steamworks .
