A little photo dump (I hate that word, alternative suggestions below please 🤭) of the last few weeks on our Somerset flower farm. My husband had a week off of his own work to help (hero) and we got the new dahlias in, the polytunnel bedded out and lots of the annuals in the ground. Meanwhile we’re harvesting every day - poppies, foxgloves, craspedia, sweet william, peonies & so much more. There was so much self seeded hesperis that now we’re just letting the bees have it. 🐝 Next week we’re expecting to start cutting the tanacetums and scabious whilst madly sowing more sunflowers for the late summer. All whilst battling a heatwave and a caterpillar invasion on the verbascum!🤣

The cutest Geum have just been picked at our farm for one of this weekends weddings. I knew there was a reason I was holding on to these plants even though they’re super short - they’re perfect for bud vases!
