🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE 🚨

Due to a change in personal circumstances we have struggled over the last few weeks to be able to offer you the flexibility, availability and service that we have built the business on. The service we provide to you has always been our top priority and so we have had to make some hard decisions.
With that in mind along with several other factors we have made the decision to fully merge with the Weston super mare store.
This is not a decision that has been made lightly but ultimately what is the best option to continue to provide the level of service and support we have prided ourselves on in the past.

This will mean that as of the 30th April the ilton store will be permanently closed and both businesses will run as one out of the Weston super mare premises, located at unit 5 Noel’s sidings industrial estate. Bs227ae. Weston super mare.

Merging the two businesses will mean that not only will we be able to provide you with a larger product range but also more resources will be available to offer you the flexibility, response time and availability we were previously able to offer. Without compromising on product knowledge and service.

We will still be here to assist with any aftercare queries, fit check, car seat support and warranties these will all be serviced via the Weston store going forward.

For the time being I will be leaving this page on to deal with aftercare support but I would highly recommend giving the Weston page Hushaby Baby Shop a follow/like as this will be the long term contact point. The email address will remain [email protected] and we will still be contactable through this.

Anyone who has an order outstanding or we are storing a product for should have been contacted directly but please do get in contact if you haven’t heard from us.

Lastly I would like to take the time to thank each and everyone on of you for your it support of Hushaby Taunton over the last 6 years as a small business it really has meant the world. We hope you will continue to support this next chapter.

With all that being said we will be working by appointments only this week, and do have some ex-displays that won’t be needed in the Weston shop coming up so keep an eye on the page for some bargains :)
