💦 100% waterproof LVT flooring fitted to this living room, hallway and bedroom

🪵 Here we started with sheeting the existing sub floor with 6MM plywood and adding feather finish prior to fitting.

🗑️ We also uplifted all old carpets, underlay and gripper, whilst also moving all furniture and putting back into place

⛴️ New community space done by the harbour this week

🥽Here we started by self levelling over 100 square metres of floor space to make the current sub floor flat/smooth for the new LVT flooring

🤩 The main areas and back room were fitted with white metro chic rhinofloor LVT tiles. 100% waterproof and fully backed by a 10 year commercial guarantee

🪵 Other rooms were completed in light oak LVT. Once again fully waterproof and perfect for the clients needs

🚪 Both doorways fitted with entrance matting and finished with silver threshold bars

🗑️ All areas cleaned out on completion and rubbish removed

🪶 We then feather filled all joins in plywood

🔥 Fitted on HT adhesive due to high solar gain thru large living room windows
