Two distillers. Two stories. Two very different Torabhaig whiskies. 🌊🥃

The Distillers’ Series is Torabhaig Distillery’s experimental whisky range, giving the people shaping the distillery the freedom to explore new ideas, flavours and techniques while remaining rooted in Torabhaig’s Isle of Skye character.

Iona’s First Edition – 60.9% ABV
Inspired by Iona’s hill walks across Skye with her dog, this is an unpeated Torabhaig made with 10% chocolate malt and matured in first-fill Bourbon and refill Sherry butts. Expect creamy vanilla and cocoa, dark chocolate and malted cereal, developing into caramel, dried fruit and warming ginger spice.

Niall’s First Edition – 59.3% ABV
Inspired by the sea surrounding Skye and Niall’s connection to the water, this expression uses 90% peated malt, alongside dark crystal and brown malts, matured in first-fill Bourbon and refill Rum casks. Tropical fruit, vanilla and golden syrup meet soft ember smoke and coastal notes, followed by orange, gentle spice and lingering sweetness.

Both are bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.

A very special new Highland Whisky Shop Exclusive from GlenAllachie Distillery. 🤩🥃

Distilled in August 2012 and bottled in July 2026, this single cask Speyside malt was matured in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled at it’s natural cask strength of 58.3% ABV.

With an outturn of just 348 bottles, it is presented with natural colour and non-chill filtration. A rich and beautifully expressive GlenAllachie.

The nose is deep and indulgent, with roasted coffee, warming spice and dark sugar, layered with soft fruit and a touch of creamy cherry sweetness.

On the palate, dark chocolate and ripe red fruit come first, followed by apricot, honeyed malt and butterscotch, with ginger spice and black cherry carrying through to the finish.

A truly special single cask release, bottled exclusively for Highland Whisky Shop. 😎🥃

New Kilchoman release has arrived! 🌊🥃

Introducing Kilchoman Rockside 11 Year Old: Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt, grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled entirely at Rockside Farm on Islay.

Distilled from barley grown on the farm, lightly peated to 20 PPM, and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, Rockside 11 Year Old is bottled at 46% ABV.

Expect orange, lemon peel, elderflower and honeyed sweetness on the nose, followed by citrus, tropical fruits, barley sugars, toffee apple and salted caramel on the palate, with a finish of butterscotch, walnuts, juicy citrus and stone fruits.
