This session offers a unique introduction to three distinct disciplines: the meditative movements of Qigong, the flowing grace of Tai Chi, and the powerful foundations of Hung Ga Kung Fu. It is designed to provide participants with a well-rounded experience of internal energy work and traditional martial arts. The session will be led by Simon Hepple, 6th Dan Sifu from Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy, Inverness.

Thank you to everyone who came out to see us perform today. Thank you to all the premises in the Eastgate Shopping Centre that donated to our fundraiser for Rokzkool Academy SCIO and for all the lettuce for our hungry lions. We had an amazing fun packed day, celebrating the year of the fire horse. 🔥🐎

💥 If you're looking forward to training with us in 2026, we begin the following timetable from Sunday the 4th of January.
🌿 Beginners are welcome to join us in our morning practice sessions or on Tuesday evenings for our Tai Chi & Qigong Class or Beginners Form Class.
💪🏽 Returning students are also invited to resume with these classes first.
🤕 If injury prevents you from returning to class, have a word with Beth England about a recovery plan to get you back on track.
Feel free to send us a message or just turn up for class.

Our school will be closed during the festive holidays. The final class of 2026 will be the kids class on the 19th of Dec.
We will reopen on Monday the 5th of January 2026 for lion dance, traditional training and sparring. 🎅✨️🎄💪🏽❄️⛄️
