💗We made this beautiful collaborative piece of artwork as a family.

We got together on a rainy Sunday afternoon, with our HUGE canvas and some acrylic paints and we just painted!

No distractions

No screens

Just pure love and laughter and sharing ideas.

My husband (41), me (39) and two children (10 & 8) all discussed what we thought our painting would mean and what our favourite colours were whilst creating.

We created freely, no guidelines, we just wanted to express ourselves, without words.

I think it turned out beautiful and I can't wait to display it proudly in our home!

🍰 Cake & Create: Paper Collage Evening

Cake & Create is a relaxed, monthly creative evening designed for adults who want to slow down, switch off, and enjoy a few hours of making in a calm, welcoming studio environment.

Each session focuses on a different creative theme. In June, we’ll be exploring paper collage and mixed media layering, working with colour, texture, and torn paper to create an expressive, personal artwork. You’ll be guided through the process step by step, starting with simple materials and building up your own unique composition through intuitive making.

This is not about perfection or prior experience — it’s about enjoying the process, experimenting with materials, and giving yourself time to create.

All materials are provided, along with cake and refreshments, and you’ll leave with a finished piece of work to take home.

Everyone, I’d like you to meet Izzy 👋✨

We’re so excited to welcome Izzy to Little MADE Studio as our Creative Studio Assistant 💛

Izzy enjoys helping children feel proud of what they create and brings such a calm, creative energy into the studio.

She loves acrylic and watercolour painting, Cluedo, brownies with ice cream, and has a very impressive talent for solving a Rubik’s Cube 🧩

We can’t wait for you to see her in upcoming workshops and parties ✨
