While the festivities and future thoughts for 2026 are at the forefront of everyone's minds.

Its ok to feel as if your grieving.

A life you should of had.
The happiness you deserved.
The memories with friends that are now clouded by chronic illness.
And those life long decisions that have to be put on hold because of the unpredictability.

So yes, celebrate everything thats gone right. Be proud of how far you've come...

But if you aren't feeling very cheery...thats okay too. I see you!

ALWAYS MOVE FORWARDS 🩷

what stops many people from achieving their goals??

the courage to continue when it seems the WHOLE world thinks its a bad idea.

but we always say to children, if you can dream it, you can do it.

why do young stars achieve?
because they have the COURAGE to continue.

for some reason, when you hit adulthood its all too easy to see the negatives. I bet if you thought about a dream of yours right now...you would easily be able to tell me all the reasons why right now isn't the right time. why it is "too late" to start...

I know this because I did this too!

so, what changed?

LIFE, thats what changed...when the world shows you all the reasons to give up. You have to find courage in knowing that the best things can come from the rubbish of situations!

why can't you travel to that place you've always dreamed?
why can't you make yourself happy and financially secure?
why can't you start a new business from home?

the key word is COURAGE.
find the little YOU....the one that would give things a go. the one that wanted to make their future the best it can be!

because without Courage we have reality...and its all too boring when there is obstacles and life really is too short!
