Take that spring cleaning feeling and turn it inward ✨
With spring just around the corner I think many of us can relate to the feeling of wanting a fresh start, maybe you’re feeling the urge to clean and declutter?
Whilst we are doing this we may be neglecting to take some time to ourself and reflect.
Journalling is one of many proven tools that can improve mental health.
Whilst there are many different techniques for journalling (setting a timer, gratitude statements etc) sometimes it’s as simple as putting pen to paper 🖊️
