Lip filler does not have to look obvious.
Thatâs the part people still get wrong.
These photos show 2 male and 1 female lip filler results, and every single one was treated with the same goal in mind:
restore fullness, improve hydration, and keep the result natural.
Each of these before and afters used 1ml.
What I love most is when male patients come in for lip filler, because there is still this strange stigma that lips are somehow âjust for womenâ when that simply is not true.
The reality is this:
we all age.
We all lose collagen.
We all lose hydration.
We all lose structure.
Over time, the lips can become flatter, drier, less defined, and the area around the mouth can start to show more lines. That is not a female issue. That is ageing.
One of the biggest reasons people avoid lip filler is fear.
Fear of looking fake.
Fear of looking overfilled.
Fear of the dreaded âduck lipsâ.
And honestly, I get it.
But the truth is, most people only notice bad filler because bad work is obvious.
Good filler should not scream filler.
Good filler should sit in harmony with the face.
Good filler should be undetectable.
That is exactly why natural work is often overlooked.
Your brain spots what looks wrong. It rarely spots what has simply been done well.
Lip filler is not the problem.
Poor assessment, poor technique, and poor treatment planning are the problem.
Done properly, lip filler can be soft, subtle, balanced, and age-appropriate.
So Iâm curious:
Are you put off lip filler because youâre scared of looking like a đŚ
or is there something else that worries you more?
And genuinely, what do you think of these results?
