Last week, Sam, our Student Butchery Assistant, was learning the art of sausage making! He has been practicing a range of our famous flavours including our classic Best Pork sausage. 🎉

Sam has developed his butchery skills with the guidance and expertise of our fantastic butchery team. Well done Sam - keep up the great work! 👏

A snippet of the Food & Farming Day we hosted today at the Farm, in association with and supported by Chadacre Agricultural Trust. Over 500 students from Suffolk schools attended this special day, where they received live demonstrations and talks by over 50 industry representatives, and were treated to a delicious farm-made packed lunch filled with local produce. Inspiring, sun-filled, and incredible hands-on learning. With huge thanks to the wonderful stewards and staff who worked behind the scenes to make this day possible! More photos to come!
