"Guess what's for dinner tonight?

It's that time of year again. My fusilli with pumpkin and chili are back. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavors. What's the perfect drink to pair with fusilli pumpkin and chili? Red wine, beer, or a glass of Prosecco?
Fusilli with Pumpkin and Chili
2 servings Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 packet of Fusilli Pumpkin & Chilli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 small pumpkin, cubed
1 small potato, cubed
1/2 teaspoon of chilli pepper, crushed
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of cinnamon
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese.
Instructions:
Sauté the vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the pumpkin, the potato, nutmeg, cinnamon and chilli. Cook until the pumpkin and potato are tender. Blend the ingrediend to create a pasta sauce
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli and cook for 3/4 minutes until al dente. Drain and combine
the cooked fusilli to the sauce and toss to coat and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Buon Appetito!
