Handcrafted Me Ltd is Ipswich based with a walk in studio at 47 Queen's Way, Ipswich. We offer a range of crafting activities to do as a family, as a group of friends, or if you just want to come in and get lost in craft on your own with a cup of tea, please feel free. We provide party packages and corporate team building sessions. Our aim is to make people happy through creativity. Create a happier and healthier you, through handcrafting me.

The Art and Craft Club made snow today...well made a mess and then some sensory snow 😂

But they had a great time experimenting with different ingredients to see what works and what doesn't. Together they worked out a great recipe.

If you want to book on for our art and craft club, do it online under shop then events and workshops.

We will do our best to continue this club once we close the studio if/when we find a suitable location. For now, let's finish the year with a lot of cheeky laughter, mess and random dancing.

✨ A Message from Handcrafted Me ✨

Now feels like the right time to be honest with everyone.

After an amazing two and a half years on Queen’s Way, we have made the difficult decision to close the studio and take Handcrafted Me in a new direction. Our final day in the studio will be Tuesday 16th December, with our much-loved Art Club marking the last event held here.

I wasn’t going to announce this until we closed the doors for the last time as emotionally, my heart is in this place, and it’s been too heart breaking to admit it out loud. I felt shame that I couldn’t make what I love work in the way I’d hoped. But today, I feel proud. Proud that we took a leap of faith, built something special, and tried something brave and scary. It simply didn’t work out the way we planned, and that’s not something to feel shame about. I realise that now.

One of the most important things in business is knowing when to admit that something isn’t working. The climate is tough. This isn’t the end of Handcrafted Me. It’s simply a new chapter and a chance to evolve. 2026 will bring fresh beginnings, new ideas, and a continued commitment to creativity and inclusion. It just won’t be at Queen’s Way.

To all our wonderful customers: thank you. Thank you for the laughter, the paint-splattered tables, the birthday candles, and the countless moments of joy shared within these walls.

Please rest assured that all booked birthday parties and private events will still go ahead as planned. Our focus has always been, and will always remain, on children, families, and never letting a child down.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the memories, the support, and the love you’ve shown us on Queen’s Way. We can’t wait to show you what’s next for Handcrafted Me. 💛

📢 Important Announcement from Handcrafted Me

Due to temporary personal circumstances, our studio will have amended opening days until we close for Christmas.

🕓 New Opening Days and times:

We will now be open Thursday 10am to 2:45pm, Friday 10am to 2:45pm, and Saturday 10 am to 3pm each week.

🎨 Sessions Continuing as Normal:

Art Club on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Private Parties on Sundays

Tuesday Coffee Morning

Messy Play on advertised days (pre-booking required). If there are no pre-bookings, the class will not go ahead on that day.

All off-site commitments will also go ahead as planned

We will be closed Saturday 15th November.

🎨 Art & Craft Club – Imaginative Projects for Curious Creators!

Let your child’s imagination flourish at our Winter Half Term Art & Craft Club – a space where creativity, curiosity, and friendships come to life!

🍂 Join us this winter as we take on five exciting weekly projects designed to inspire creative thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on learning. Sessions run every Tuesday and Friday at 4:00 PM, with options to stay until 5:30 PM.

📅 Winter Half Term Dates:
Tuesday Group (5 sessions):
11th, 25th Nov
2nd, 9th, 16th Dec
No art club on 18th Nov due to an awards evening.

Friday Group (5 sessions):
14th, 21st, 28th Nov
5th, 12th December

⏰ Times & Pricing:
4:00 – 5:00 PM = £30 for the block
4:00 – 5:30 PM = £37.50 for the block

We will be open today at a slightly adjusted time of 10am due to people already booked onto our activities and we don't want to let anyone down.

We won't be taking any additional bookings today for our set activities but we will be accepting walk-ins for our ceramic painting. Ceramic painting today for Halloween ceramics is 30% off.

Last walk in time is slightly earlier at 3pm.

We will unfortunately be closed tomorrow due to poorly children and no alternative childcare available. We will be back open on Tuesday 4th November.

Sorry for the inconvenience but kiddos come first.
