LVT has come a long way.

This Furlong Flooring collection has some lovely natural wood tones, without the upkeep that comes with real timber.

It is a practical choice for kitchens, hallways and open-plan spaces, especially if you want something that looks good but is still easy to live with.

Which shade would you go for?

We asked Tyler to choose her favourite from the Cormar carpet ranges, and she went straight for Silken Serenity.⭐️

“It’s my favourite because it has a really soft, luxurious texture and at a mid-range pricing point, its a great starting place for customers, .”

Sometimes seeing the colours and feeling the different textures in person makes choosing much easier.

It’s Recycle Week, so worth mentioning our remnants section in the showroom.

These are leftover pieces from larger rolls, not used or recycled carpet. Rather than see good flooring go in a skip, we sell it on as remnants.

Handy if you’ve got a small room, cupboard or landing to sort and don’t need a full roll.

This Ivybridge customer chose Balta Gala Red Lines, with a mix of red, charcoal and neutral tones running right up the staircase.

Would you worry the same carpet will make every room look the same? It won’t.

This customer ran Cormar Primo Ultra in Alloy Grey through both bedrooms and the stairs.

It's the same carpet throughout, but the rooms still feel completely different because of the furniture, light and colours around it.

These look grey. They're actually green. 👀

Flooring colours can be surprisingly difficult to photograph, and these are a perfect example.

Put the samples in front of you and the green comes through properly, its worth a visit to our showroom to see for yourself.

Herringbone or straight lay?

This is one of the finished floors at High Moor View. The smaller herringbone pattern adds detail without making the kitchen feel too busy.

Would you choose this pattern for your kitchen?

It’s much easier to choose a carpet when you can see how it looks in a real home, rather than just on a small sample.

This modern family home in Ivybridge has been fitted with Cormar Primo Ultra in Shadow. A soft grey that works beautifully with the room and gives it a warm, comfortable finish. 🏡

Take a look at this downstairs cloakroom transformation in Ivybridge.

Our customer was fed up with their old click LVT flooring, so they ripped it up themselves and our team came in to fit this easy-to-wipe vinyl.

Such a great improvement - happy customer, happy us!
