Joanna has been away for a couple days working with the team at Kinnaird Butcher Shop and Deli where she’s been working on going the extra mile with her counter displays and putting that little bit extra garnish and finesse to her products.

I’m pleased to see that the investment into her training has already paid dividends with this absolutely stunning display she’s put on this morning. Including a couple new products as well I should add! Honey, Chilli Chicken Stir Fry being one of them 😍🍯🌶️

The only negative from her time away is that she’s now decided that we (Jo and Myself) need to start at 5.30am to make sure we do it properly everyday 😴🤯😂
