Created from a naturally fallen bough of the historic Capon Tree in bonnie Jedburgh.

The Capon Tree is one of the last surviving trees from the ancient Jed Forest which is believed to be over 1000 years old.

These pieces of branch have been uniquely hand finished by a local craftsman and will make an amazing keepsake or gift.

Don’t tell the Chief Hatcher that I’ve stolen some of her photos! I just love her hatchlings, they have so much character, and the best thing, they are all hand sewn and come filled with love and personality. The perfect cuddle size too. We have lots of haggis in store that are needing a new home. We also have a very special little hatchet that we’re giving lots of love too.

At £15 each these are amazing value and for each haggis given a new home, you will also be donating to our local foodbank. So not only have you made a new friend, you’ve helped give someone a meal. The Hairy Haggis Hatchery its all win/win ☺️

It’s MARKET DAY in Jedburgh tomorrow, so we’re opening too!
