With service ''like it used to be'' we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers, many of whom we have served for over 30 years. We offer what we believe is a first class mail order service and we post our colour catalogue worldwide free of charge. All the brushes in the catalogue are photographed actual size which allows you

to see the full range and make comparisons easily. We constantly update the way our business is run and with this in mind we have encorporated a secure shopping cart into our website. This enables artists from all over the world to shop 24 hours a day for brushes, and have the piece of mind that it is secure. There is also a 'live chat' option on our website so that if you have a query the answer is only a few clicks away! 'I became a full time artist 40yrs ago & have produced several hundred paintings, the picture shows the vast collection of brushes I’ve used over that period. I’ve tried out many makes of fine art brushes over the years. It was my good fortune that a fellow artist recommended you to me about 20yrs ago, my regret is, I didn’t know of your superb brushes earlier.

The majority of my work is commissioned by railway enthusiasts, who tend to demand precision, certainly where names & numbers are concerned, your brushes have allowed me to achieve this accuracy.

Join Johanne Mangi this summer and be inspired by the surroundings, the landscape and the animals! 🐾🎨

The reality is that most artists paint animals from photos.

The trick is in pairing LIFE experience with it. Dogs are a convenient way to start in the studio, but we will progress outside the boundaries of the studio. Gathering colour notes and observing the structure of whatever animal we can find. Sheep and horses come to mind in the beautiful countryside of Yorkshire! The week will always be about live animals. ✨
