COMFORT FOOD SUNDAY! 😋😋😋

We don’t know about you but we’re in the mood for some comfort food today! Is it the weather that makes us feel like this?! 🤔🤣

So the lovely Annis is at the farm shop today to help you out with all our farm shop favourites!

We’ve got lots of our yummy roast chickens, scrumptious beef joints ideal for 4/6 people, short ribs and sirlions as big as your head! Plus all our other fabulous meats such as bacon, sausage, plenty of beef and pork

After two banging days we’ve got extra pies, homebaked treats and strawberries in for today so pop down to the farm for fabulous local food you deserve!

P.S some of our secret new favourites which are packed full of flavour include treacle bacon, beef pies, carrot cake, Annabel’s strawberries, bacon lardons and Annie Foreshaw Yogurts 🤫 but shushhh.. keep them a secret!

AUSTIN IS 5! 😘🎉🥳🎂🎁🎈🎊5️⃣

Our beautiful peppa pig, gummy bear and gingerbread man loving little boy is 5 today!

Austin is a typical farm kid.. likes to get mucky, fiercely independent, helpful, hard working and loves to jump in mucky puddles!

Happy birthday to the youngest Thompson!

FRIDAY SURPRISE! 💙💙

Well we got a lovely surprise on our cow checks last night!

We found a newly born male calf and his very protective mummy out in the fields!

The new calf couldn’t really walk yet so Dan carried him all the way to our nursery paddock near home with a bad back too! Poor Dan.. 💪💪

We bring them close to home on a night when newly calved as quite often the mother will hide the calf to protect it.

But the only problem with that is if the calf hasn’t drunk its mothers milk in the first few hours and we can’t find it we have a hungry lost calf on our hands.. not what we want at 9.30pm on a Friday night! 🤣

What a day yesterday folks.. truly blown away… we continue our BANK HOLIDAY BONANZA today and tomorrow with 25% OFF all freezer lines! Plus we’ve got more sausages made as we were cleared out yesterday!
