We’re officially half way through the year and with a flurry of new followers that means, it’s time to say Hello.
My name is Sam, I’m a traditionally trained and qualified florist and FRF is my business. I live on a farm in The English Lake District where floristry is a family effort. The name Free Range Floristry was born from growing flowers to sell to local florists 8 years ago and the business just expanded from there.
I believe in blending traditional and modern floristry, to create pieces that speak to your personality and story as a couple WHILST providing you with an aesthetic that lasts a lifetime.
We create memories and transportive immersive experiences with flowers. Nothing less.
When it comes to floral design, I don’t adhere to fast dating designs, short lived trends or clout chasing. We want all our weddings to look as beautiful and relevant as they are now in 100 years time. If they don’t, come dig me up.
We grow enough flowers here for 15 weddings and use Holland florals and local growers for the rest, completing around 45 beautiful weddings per year.
We don’t use foam or pesticides.
Outside of flowers I’m just a girl with a dark sense of humour who loves her family, a w**e and would rather melon ball my eyes out than talk about my hobbies.
I’m pretty sure we’d be friends.
