Layers of starlings. Two small panels for porch windows either side of a door. Each panel features 6 starlings. Did you know that starlings navigate the murmurations in groups of 7. How amazing is that.

Just look what a kind person has gifted me. A panel rescued by her father from an old pub years ago..
It is badly damaged but very beautiful. Check out that smoke licking text font… and the stained vines surrounding … exquisite.
I had it propped on my bench .. but I’ve just slid it away… just in case folks take it as an invitation!!

You can add the silver stain..
But sometimes…It just stays black and white.
Darn. But the kiln is back on.. try again!
(But check out the lovely blush to the thrush… turns out that pale amber loves the stain)
