We now make pizza! 🍕

Ok, not really, but we have a silly little story for you...

We’ve just released a variety of trade catalogues for different product collections.

So, we set up a new form on our website for people to request access to the digital copies. You can choose our full range (the big catalogue), the archive, the heritage collection or all three!

The first requests came rolling in...

One person selected: Olives 🫒

Another wanted: Olives, Mushroom, Pineapple & Extra Cheese.

Bit of an odd pizza request, but sort of delicious, don’t you think?

Anyway...

This left us all a bit baffled. At Coulson Macleod, we make
greeting cards & giftware.

Not pizza.

Turns out we’d labelled the catalogue options, so they appear correctly on the website ✔️

But we’d forgotten to amend the option data values that come through to our spreadsheet in the backend. Oops!

So, no, unfortunately, we don’t make pizza. Although we do have quite a few designs for foodies & drinks connoisseurs! Cheese, wine, coffee, BBQ & cakes to name a few.

But maybe we should make a Wise Words ‘Pizza’ card in the future? What do you think? 😂 Let us know in the comments.

Great day yesterday having 1-2-1 meetings at The Bond in Digbeth. Originally a gasworks, it was also home to the canal company Fellows, Morton and Clayton; a weird twist of fate as this was who constructed our narrowboat that I (Hannah) grew up on. The Bond is now a creative hub for Birmingham's cool folk.

We met buyers across tourism, garden centres, and farm shops including Black Country Living Museum, Warwick Castle, Somerset House, The Lowry, and Turner Contemporary.
