All product dispatched via DPD will be packaged in bubble wrap and sealed tight for transport, anything that may fall loose with the box can be easily attached back on no discount will be given.

3. If the client is not happy with the product and wants to return it they do so at their own expense.

4. Refunds will only be issued after we have received the product back in the same condition as it went out please note we photo graph and video every garland that is sent to each person and we also send this to them before packaging the item.
