Head Tour Guide - Lagg Distillery

Due to an internal promotion a vacancy has arisen for a Head Tour Guide role within Lagg Distillery.

This is a senior full-time visitor experience role responsible for leading tours and tasting experiences, mentoring tour guides, and ensuring 5-star customer service.
You will oversee daily operations in the Visitor Centre, manage bookings and maintain safety standards in a working production enviroment.

Full & Part Time food and beverage assistant positions available.
Seasonal (May - October)
Hourly rate in line with Real living wage
Normal Working Hours 9.30am - 5.30pm - hours flexible by agreement
Some experience an advantage but not required. Full training will be provided.

🔥 Peat lovers, this is your warning…

The Isle of Arran Whisky Festival is nearly here and there are still a few spots left for our Lagg Distillery masterclasses.

If you like your whisky smoky, sweet and full of character, this is the place to be. Expect some special drams, interesting casks, and the kind of tasting that might wander into stories from the warehouses… and possibly a few surprises along the way.

In true festival fashion, once the bottles are empty and the seats are filled, that’s it.

Starting next week, we’re extending our opening hours! Now open 6 days a week, including Mondays, from 10 AM to 4.30 PM.
