I have become so obsessed with these cute knitted mini pumpkins I have made one for everyone in the family this week (see second photo)! They are also now knitted to order in my Etsy shop.

The hallway bench was looking a bit unloved so after a lick of paint and a new cushion by me it’s looking much more loved. 😊

The Christmas card sewing has begun and I’ve loved making these! This year it’s figgy puddings complete with some sparkly berries and French knots for the fruity bits! 🎄

Ta daaaah! I was determined to finish this lovely little embroidery lady before I started Christmas sewing. The pattern is by and is one of many beautiful patterns you can find on her Etsy store. She is now framed and hanging up in my new sewing corner!

Lovely day of adventure in London for this Norfolk country girl at the at Alexander Palace. Such a beautiful venue; a lovely sunny day and lots to see on all the stands. I didn’t take many photos as my phone battery died but I did come home with some beautiful fabric and a lovely kit from if you ever get the chance to go I would recommend it!

Last year I made some pumpkins from autumnal fabrics. My daughter loves them so much she asked me to make some, with fabric she chose, for her room. I love making autumnal/Halloween decorations for the family.

I love this old Christmas jumper my daughter outgrew and decided to up-cycle it into a Christmas cushion. Now I still get to enjoy it each year 😊 🦌🎄

Yesterday, not only did I sew a teeny tiny bow tie for a toy llama but I also worked my way through a load of tangled up embroidery threads I discovered during my sewing stash sort out. I think I may need a lie down now! Phew! 😉
