Hello and welcome to another Sunday Spinspiration. I hope you have all had a fabulous week.

Hands up... who has a basket full of odd balls of handspun yarn?

You know the ones... Just enough that you can't throw them away...
Not quite enough for a project...
Far too beautiful to hide in a cupboard.

I'm looking at my own collection and wondering if they deserve a better fate than sitting in my cupboard drawer waiting for "the perfect project!"

So here's this week's Sunday Spinspiration...

Im just enjoying the tranquility of How Hill gardens with cuppa this morning. The only sound is birdsong and the river is perfectly calm with the promise of another gorgeous day. I've fallen in love with this wonderful place.

We took time away from our spinning wheels this evening and chartered a boat for a beautiful serene trip on the Broads. The evening weather was perfectly still and the sun was still shining all making for a wonderfully tranquil break. There's more to our retreats than just spinning 😊🥰

After dinner at our spinning retreat this evening I took a stroll around the beautiful gardens here at How Hill and felt really inspired by the colours and textures.
