Grounding and Letting Go with the Seasons

A 30 minute guided calming breathing practice followed by 90 minutes of Yin Yoga, inviting in slowness and stillness into the body as we welcome Autumn.

Allowing ourselves to receive support & guidance through a softening breathing practice, tuning into ourself and our breath before moving into a sequence of asanas, welcoming the opportunity to let go of any sadness, sorrow or grief we may be holding onto.
