Returns and refund policy
We will always despatch your order in perfect condition but occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that an order is faulty, incorrect or it is damaged in transit, we ask you to contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know of the problem. We will require a photograph of the issue (both merchandise and packaging/envelope) and a description of the faul
t or problem, including dates of your order and the date you received your item. We will agree with you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a direct replacement of your order. Refunds or replacements cannot be made if the fault is a result of your own actions such as: providing an incorrect address; ordering without leaving 5-7 working days for the product to be dispatched and received by you; leaving the merchandise exposed in the open/damp or to a pet or animal, or if any requested personalization is misspelt by you. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 14 working days, and will do our best to resolve it within 30 days. We may ask you to send the product back to us to help us take up the issue with our suppliers and avoid any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product and postage/delivery costs. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint or replace the product free of any charge.
