Happy birthday to someone!

My third ever cross stitch is complete. This one had me staying up til 2am completely losing track of time.

It was definitely the most fun and easy one to make so far.

My first cross stitch kit from is complete with a few omissions!

I left out the bottom bow on the pattern as I thought it would look better framed as is.

This one taught me A LOT about the importance of counting and then counting again!

I also think I’ll steer clear of patterns with lots of similar colours for a while.

Overall, lovely pattern, lots of lessons learnt, can’t wait to frame it!

I have no idea how many stitches this is but would guess around 6 hours of work over the weekend.
